Joseph Aron Esq. is the Founding Attorney of Aron Law, PLLC. He is devoted to helping employees who are seeking a religious/medical accommodation, have been discriminated against, or mistreated by their employers. He has represented many clients in complex matters, and is often sought after by respected media companies to offer his unique expertise in all areas of employment law. Due to his background and experience, he has also been repeatedly invited by esteemed newspapers to submit articles relating to employment law. He is the employment law “go to guy,” for employees, employers, and other attorneys who trust his unique and wide-ranging knowledge of employment law.

 

He also regularly litigates cases relating to the public's right to obtain government documents pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) and has successfully litigated FOIL matters in each of the New York's four Appellate Divisions.

 

He has spent the past 12 years working with the Commission of Law and Public Affairs (Colpa) on a myriad of religious issues, from drafting legislation to contributing to various Amicus briefs submitted to the United States Supreme Court.

Before founding Aron Law, PLLC, Mr. Aron was a court attorney at the New York State Supreme Court where he focused on both civil law and criminal law.
