Joseph Aron Esq. is the Founding Attorney of Aron Law, PLLC. He is devoted to helping employees who have been discriminated against or mistreated by their employers, as well as helping employers who are need of representation in all areas of employment law. He has represented many clients in complex matters, and is often sought after by respected media companies to offer his unique expertise in all areas of employment law. Due to his background and experience, he has also been repeatedly invited by esteemed newspapers to submit articles relating to employment law. He is the employment law “go to guy,” for employees, employers, and other attorneys who trust his unique and wide-ranging knowledge of employment law.
As a member of Brooklyn’s Jewish community he is especially well-suited to handle cases involving discrimination on the basis of religion. In fact, he has spent the past 8 years working with the Commission of Law and Public Affairs (Colpa) on a myriad of religious issues, from drafting legislation to contributing to various Amicus brief's submitted to the United States Supreme Court.
His experience is only matched by his extreme devotion to his clients, and aggressive pursuit of justice.
Before founding Aron Law, PLLC, Mr. Aron was a court attorney at the New York State Supreme Court where he focused on civil law, including matters involving discrimination and employment-related litigation. Before joining the New York State Supreme Court, Mr. Aron was Of Counsel to The Jewish Press.
